- Patterns and beliefsFeelings: five forces and what they tell youFeelings are not a disturbance to get rid of, but forces with a task. Each of the five basic feelings responds to an interpretation of its own: anger to “That’s wrong,” sadness to “That’s a pity,” fear to “That’s terrible,” joy to “That’s beautiful,” and shame to “Something’s wrong with me.” If you know them, you can use them instead of being driven by them or avoiding them.
- Patterns and beliefsLogical LevelsThe Logical Levels are a tool developed by Robert Dilts, building on ideas from Gregory Bateson. They organize human experience into six levels: environment, behavior, capabilities, values and beliefs, identity, and belonging. The model helps you recognize which level an issue sits on and where a change needs to start so that it lasts.
- Patterns and beliefsPersonality models and profilingPersonality models describe the ways people consistently differ: how they gain energy, perceive, decide, and deal with others. Some sort people into types, others describe how strongly traits show up across several dimensions, and they rest on very different foundations. A profile is not a verdict on you, but an occasion to compare how you see yourself with how others see you, and to choose your patterns more consciously.

- Body and nervous systemIntegral reflection model with a somatic axisThe Integral Reflection Model is my own collection of directions from which a topic can be explored. It combines proven maps such as developmental models, the nervous system, inner parts, attachment, and shadow with a continuous somatic axis: the body as a mirror. The goal is not analysis, but awareness and embodiment.
