Those who carry others need space to be held themselves.

Support for those who support others

Intervision is not a “format,” but a space of resonance among equals; collegial, confidential, genuine.

It’s not about theory or evaluation, but about encounter, quality, input, development, and self-care.

How does Intervision work?

Intervision is a safe setting for people who work with people and see themselves as part of their impact.

We meet as colleagues, not as roles. The diversity of the group—experiences, professions, perspectives—broadens the horizon. Resonance, new perspectives, and shared learning emerge, sometimes simply relief.

I lead the group mindfully and clearly. The space remains confidential, carried by respect, humor, and depth.

Everything that touches you in your work or in your being (professionally or personally) has a place here.

  • 4–12people in a small group—stable, confidential, personal
  • 3–5 hrsper session (depending on group size)
  • regularabout monthly or every two weeks, fixed dates
  • In personclearly preferred, online possible

What defines the setting

  • Clarity and structure—so that everyone has orientation and gets to speak.

  • Different perspectives—everyone brings their own experience, attitude, and methods.

  • Methodological impulses—e.g., reflecting team, resonance exercises, systemic perspectives.

  • Self-reflection—we work not only on the case, but also on our own role.

What this space stands for

  • For quality and mindfulness—because good support needs inner clarity.

  • For self-care—because giving without resonance is exhausting in the long run.

  • For learning and inspiration—because development needs togetherness.

  • For ethics and awareness—because attitude matters more than method.

What I bring

  • Systemic & structural

development work with depth: understanding structures, recognizing dynamics, accompanying change.

  • Process & space competence

I hold groups with presence, fine perception, and clarity. Methodologically diverse: presencing, Neurosystemic Integration, trauma awareness.

  • A companion’s perspective

I know both sides: supporting others and being held. My focus: authenticity, responsibility, growth together.

What exactly happens?
  • Clear process—reflection, input, resonance, clarification, embodiment
  • No hierarchy—everyone on an equal footing
  • Give & take—sharing knowledge, learning from one another.
How does it work?
  • Safe setting: trust, confidentiality, clear facilitation.
  • A variety of methods: from structural constellations to presencing to Hakomi (mindfulness-centered body psychotherapy), from dialogue work to body resonance.
  • Space for you: everything is welcome—questions, uncertainties, dilemmas.
  • Emergent processes: whatever arises may arise—nothing has to.
Practical details
  • Contribution—terms in the initial conversation
