Neurosystemic Integration and trauma-sensitive support
Trauma-sensitive support assumes that severe or long-lasting strain leaves traces not only in the mind, but above all in the nervous system and in the body. That is why it puts safety, relationship, knowledge about trauma, and the body at the center. Neurosystemic Integration brings these fields together so that what has been split off can come back together in small, safe steps.

Existential coaching
Existential coaching goes back to Viktor E. Frankl and Alfried Längle’s Existential Analysis. It doesn’t look for solutions first, but for insight: what is life asking of you right now, and which response is truly yours? Four fundamental questions help you check whether you can inwardly consent to something.
