You practice staying clear and connected, even in tension: in feedback talks, negotiations, or challenging team settings. De-escalation, perspective-taking, and emotional intelligence become real options for action.

More than 20 years in senior and advisory roles within global corporations have taught me how decision dynamics, politics, and informal power operate, and how crucial clear, connecting communication is in all of it.
I work with well-founded models such as NLP, systemic communication, nonviolent communication, and conflict-resolution methods. This is not a toolbox, but instruments applied to real-world contexts.
I can make complexity tangible: through systemic and integral frameworks, I translate intricate patterns and content into language that reaches people and enables decisions.
I work across all levels of impact: from inner attitude (regulation, presence) to voice, body language, and linguistic precision. I don’t just train what is said, but also how it is perceived.
